Keynote Speaker

Major General Ed Jackson culminated his distinguished 34-year career as Deputy Inspector General for the United States Army. He served at every level of command and staff as an engineer officer. He was known for his leadership and significant contributions to military operations and organizational efficiency.  He is the recipient of the Distinguished Service Medal for leadership and contributions to the Army. Since retirement in 2020, he is a Senior Vice President and serves as the Federal Executive Director of Operations at Jacobs Engineering. He is a member of several professional engineer organizations and a licensed Professional Engineer in the Commonwealth of Virginia. He is married to Lynne, and they have 3 adult children.
